Concept

“A project within a project”. This was the way in which we brought together in a same plan the banking branch, which doubles as a reception, with the offices for this bank’s first operation in South America. At the operations area we sought to minimize the sectioning of the spaces, achieving the most usage of the area and integrating the large green garden which opens to Avenida Paulista.

Solution

The Project was developed so that the open spaces of the branch and offices would make additional circulations unnecessary. Both sections of the plan are accessed through a safety zone aligned with the elevators hallway where the bank’s logo, is enhanced by natural lighting.

The environment of the branch is marked by the use of natural bamboo which sides the entrance gate as well as the walls of the waiting area. The other finishes, stone and silver glass, were used due to its “neutrality” so the bank’s logos and brand would prevail.

Internaly, the open space centralizes the layout and extend visually to the terrace where a gardened area promotes a “decompression” space.
